Shark Tank Season 17

Season 17 began a new phase without Mark Cuban in the regular cast and moved Shark Tank to Wednesday nights, premiering on September 24, 2025. Kendra Scott and Rashaun Williams returned as guest Sharks, ahead of their promotions to the regular panel in Season 18. The remaining longtime investors continued alongside Daniel Lubetzky, who had become a regular the previous season.

The premiere also featured a recognizable face on the pitching side: Pete Davidson appeared with Ben Rosenbaum for Doublesoul. Later highlights included RetrievAir's pet-friendly air-travel pitch with guest Shark Alexis Ohanian and Cabana Boys' agreement with Scott. Rather than revolving around a single replacement for Cuban, the season combined the continuing Sharks with guest investors and a new place in ABC's weekly schedule.
