About Shark Tank Companies
We're Rick B and Katie M, a couple based in Southern California who have been watching Shark Tank for more than ten years. We spend plenty of evenings watching together and looking up the businesses while the episode is still playing. Are they still in business? Where can we find their products? What happened after the pitch?
Rick built this website in mid-2025 with Katie's help. That work included extensive manual research into all the companies and building an internal database. We put company status and useful links near the top of each page because those are the answers we want when we're watching.
We enjoy both sides of the show: the numbers and negotiations, and the people building the businesses. We're interested in what brought a founder to the Tank, how the business works, and what happens after the cameras stop.

How We Work
Rick handles the technical side of the site and contributes updates and blog posts. Katie helps with writing, company updates, blog posts, and ideas. We both watch the episodes and review each other's work when adding new episode coverage, publishing blog posts, or updating existing company pages.
Our goal is to keep the information useful and accurate. Company details can change, and we welcome corrections and updates through the contact information below.
Our Methodology
One thing that is worth noting on a company still being in business or not: We have to make judgment calls here. There are some instances where we mark a company out of business but may still have a couple of products left for sale, but have little internet presence, no social media posts in the last year, things like this.
Also things like acquisitions - if a company still has a strong brand presence after an acquisition we usually mark it as "in business". This is our transparency to you in how we got to the status of companies.
